TOWN OF ULSTER, N.Y. — The Rondout Valley Education Foundation is gearing up to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special event, the “Gander Gala.” Scheduled for Sunday, September 21, this fundraising gala aims to honor the foundation's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities within the community.
