HADLEY — The acting education commissioner has put forward a recommendation to increase student enrollment by 100 at the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School. This proposed increase would enable the school to accommodate a total of 684 K-12 students across its current campus located at 317 Russell St. and a planned second campus on Venture Way.
